District Rifle Shooting Competition 29th January 2005

On the Saturday morning after the night hike before, we had five Scouts enter the District Rifle Shooting competition. They were given a time of 2.00pm so they did have some time to get some sleep. Well done to them for turning up and taking part.

The results of the shooting are now in. If you would like to see how the 2nd Uxbridge Scouts did compared to the rest of the district then CLICK HERE

Our Scouts arrived in good time..... to register for their 2.00pm shoot.
A little instruction on how to......... ......use the rifles.
Our Scouts on the range......... .....receiving final instructions from the range master.
Careful how you operate those rifles lads. Take careful aim, and, FIRE!
Fire at will, poor old Will, we used to have a Scout called Will, he loved rifle shooting. Lay your rifles down when you have finished shooting.
If everyone has finished shooting........... ......you can go and retrieve your targets to see how you did.
